I am delighted to extend a warm invitation to you for the upcoming Seacoast Good Scout Luncheon, where we will honor Justin Gamester of Piscataqua Landscaping, along with Deb Grott of GrottLuker & Co.
The Seacoast Good Scout Award is a distinguished honor presented to individuals who exemplify the values of Scouting through their leadership, integrity, and community service. Our honorees are recognized for making a positive impact in their community, demonstrating the ideals of the Scout Oath and Law in their personal and professional lives, and serving as role models for youth. This award celebrates two civic-minded leaders who embody what it means to be a “Good Scout” in everyday life.

Justin Gamester
President/CEO
Piscataqua Landscaping
Justin Gamester has served 23 years at Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service in various capacities, and became President/CEO on October 1, 2016.
Justin is a lifelong seacoast resident, a Portsmouth High School graduate, and is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, a minor in Political Science, and a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
Deeply committed to community, he is a member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club, Portsmouth, Dover, and Kennebunkport Chambers of Commerce, serves on the Board of Lighthouse Credit Union, as well as the Board and Executive Committee of Portsmouth Little League. Justin served on the boards of both Little Blessing Childcare Center and the Community Diversion Program.
Professionally, he has been involved in numerous Green Industry Trade Groups, including as a past Board Member and Chair of the Snow and Ice Management Association, which reflects his ongoing advocacy for the landscaping industry.
Justin learned the importance of contributing to the community from his father and believes strongly in being part of building the best possible experience for all members of the areas he lives, works, and plays within. Justin quietly stands behind many organizations and has volunteered for many years with Pro Portsmouth’s Market Square Day Road Race and First Night Portsmouth. Justin and his wife Rebecca live on the seacoast with their two children.

Deb Grott, CPA
Principal GrottLuker & Co.
Debra (Deb) Grott is Founder of GrottLuker & Co., a full-service accounting firm based in Portsmouth. She began her career, as a Mutual Fund Accountant at State Street Bank in Boston and as a Pension Accountant, and went on to serve as Managing Partner at Manzi and Associates, a CPA firm based in North Andover, MA.
Deb is an alumnus of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire, and a licensed CPA in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
Deb serves as Vice Chair on the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy, a position appointed by the Governor. She is also a longstanding member of the Board of Directors for the Seacoast Chapter of Veterans Count, a division of Easterseals that helps active-duty and veteran soldiers and their families, and she is the Treasurer of the Veterans Count State Executive Committee, as well as Acorn School in Stratham, NH.
She is well known as “Coach Grott” with field hockey players at Exeter Junior High School, Stratham’s Cooperative Middle School, and Exeter High School where she has been involved for almost 30 years, heralding 3 state championships along the way.
Deb is the embodiment of a person who wants to do well while doing good—in the business world and in the real world. In her rare moments outside of working and coaching, Deb is happiest when spending time with her family. The proud mother of 3 and grandmother of 5, Deb cherishes her time as “Mimi” with the little ones.
She and her husband, Russ, live in Rye Beach with their French Bulldog, Poppy.
