All Unit Insurance Fees are billed to the Key 2 leaders for each unit.
Insurance fees are $12 per registered member. We want to remind you that member registration fees for new Scouts and leaders are set to increase by a total of $10 effective May 1st, 2024.
We have some positive updates regarding the fee structure. We are pleased to announce that the one-time new Scout join fee of $25 has been eliminated. This change is aimed at making the program more accessible for new members joining our Scouting community.
Furthermore, National is implementing changes to the registration system to streamline fee management. With these changes, all fees will be incorporated, which should eliminate the need for separate insurance billing next season. We believe this adjustment will simplify administrative tasks and enhance the overall experience for both leaders and members.
Please note that invoices for the insurance fees have been sent to the unit’s Committee Chair and Cubmaster/Scoutmaster/Advisor via Square. Payments can be made conveniently through e-check, credit card, or by stopping by our Member Care Center located at 1500 Bodwell Rd, Manchester, NH 03109.
