Place the page image side down, blank side up. Fold the card in thirds starting with the cover which has a white border of about 1/4″ on both the left and right sides. Once the cover is in place, tuck and fold the inside flap.

When compared to the cost of sports and many other activities, there is no doubt that Scouting delivers great value to its members! The registration fee for youth to join Scouting is $182.00 annually. The breakdown of the membership fee is: $85 membership fee to National BSA Office, $85 membership fee to Daniel Webster Council, and a $12.00 local Council insurance fee.
Of course, unit fundraising and other available scholarship funds may offset these costs.
