About the Council
If you are not receiving emails from Black Pug (247scouting.com) regarding registrations for events, it’s very likely that at some point you’ve reported their emails as spam or have opted out of emails from them. In some cases, it is due to the email provider having an issue with the emails from Black Pug. When that occurs, Black Pug will NOT send you any emails.
So how do you fix that? If you’ve marked emails as spam or have opted out, re-subscribing to emails is a very simple process:
- Go to https://blackpug.net/Subscription
- Enter your email address
- You will receive an email with a link
- Follow that link
Easy, right?
It’s also a good idea to whilelist the domain 247scouting.com, to ensure they don’t automatically end up getting marked as spam. Also check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder. If there are emails there, mark them as “Not Junk”. This should ensure that you’ll receive emails in the future. You should contact your email provider if you’re still unable to receive emails from Black Pug.
