Eagle & Quartermaster Boards of Review
The Eagle Boards are responsible for reviewing and approving Eagle and Quartermaster project proposals and for conducting Boards of Review for Eagle and Quartermaster ranks in Scouts BSA and Sea Scouts, respectively. (Summit projects and Summit Rank Boards of Review are handled within the Crew; see the Guide to Advancement for details).
The Council Advancement Committee is responsible for most exceptions and special cases and questions related to advancements.
Each Eagle or Quartermaster Candidate will meet with an Eagle Board twice:
- For approval of their project proposal before starting their project.
- For their Board of Review after completing all rank requirements, including the project Report.
