Congratulatory Letters for New Eagle Scouts
Unit committees and/or Scouts’ parents may want to request congratulatory letters for new Eagle Scouts. For help with this, see information from the New Hampshire Marine Corps League below and https://blog.scoutingmagazine.org/2012/05/02/how-to-request-congratulatory-letters-for-your-eagle-scout/.
Note at the bottom of http://usscouts.org/eagle/eaglecongrats.asp the list of individuals and organizations who have made specific requests that requests not be sent to them.

New Hampshire Marine Corps League Recognition
The NH Marine Corps League is pleased to recognize your achievement as a new Eagle Scout.
The partnership between the Council and the NH Marine Corps League benefits all new Eagle Scouts. The recognition includes an embossed certificate and the Challenge Coin from the League for each Scout who attains Scouting’s highest rank.
To request a certificate download the fillable pdf request form and submit it by email to Dan Fedor at danfedor@yahoo.com. Allow plenty of time to receive a certificate, especially if you want a representative of the NH Marine Corps League to present it at a Court of Honor. (Be sure to include a parent/guardian and unit leader on your email requesting this certificate and challenge coin.)

Scholarships for Scouts

National Eagle Scout Association Scholarships
Recognizing that education is valuable for a young person regardless of what kind of career they choose, the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) offers to its members over 60 scholarships valued from $5,000 to $50,000. Eagle Scouts may apply for NESA scholarships beginning in their senior year of high school through their junior year in an undergraduate program or by the halfway point of their associate degree program or skilled trade program.
The portal for submitting applications opens on December 1.
See https://nesa.org for information about and to join NESA.
See https://nesa.org/scholarships/ for information about and to apply for any of the scholarships.
Other Scholarships
See https://www.scouting.org/awards/scholarships/ for a variety of scholarships, each with its own application requirements; while many of these are available only to Eagle Scouts, others are available to any registered Scout, Venturer, or Sea Scout. Some are for members of the Order of the Arrow; some are available for Scuba divers. And your favorite internet search engine might find additional scholarships available only to Scouts, Venturers, Sea Scouts, or Explorers.
