Fluctuating fuel prices, the economy and unforeseen circumstances could result in a price increase. We expect to understand the full upper end impact by early 2023.

Refund Schedule: Planning an event of this magnitude involves the coordination of contracts and purchasing agreements well in advance of the NSJ23. In addition, DWC must provide gradual payments to NSJ23 for each contingent participant. The Daniel Webster Council reserves the right to determine a reasonable refund for canceled participants. The cancellation date will be determined when the youth participants’ parent/guardian notifies the assigned DWC NSJ23 Contingent Scoutmaster in writing, and an acknowledgment, is made by the Scoutmaster. The following is a guideline for early cancellation.
Cancel before Dec 1st, 2022: Full Refund less $600
Cancel before March 1st, 2023: Full Refund less $1600
No Refund will be issued for cancellation on March 1st, 2023, or later
Participation Disclaimer: Attendance at monthly Pre-Jamboree activities is strongly advised, and attendance at the Shakedown Campout is Required. The Daniel Webster Council reserves the right to cancel a participant from the NSJ23 Contingent for failure to participate in Pre-Jamboree activities.
*NSJ23 Fee includes Onsite Jamboree programming, Food, Cot, Troop Dining Fly’s, Tables, Propane, Stoves, Troop Cook Kits, Participant recognition package (ex. 2 uniform patches, neckerchief).
