During this time that Scout Shops are closed and a leader needs to purchase Rank advancement items, please use the following steps.
- Unit Leader will email in their Scoutbook Advancement report to NDCSupply.Orders@scouting.org
- Please include contact phone number so that the Customer Service team member can contact for payment information.
- Customer Service Rep will contact Unit Leader for credit card information, ship to and bill to address, and verify the correct Council along with the actual advancement needed.
If your unit is not (yet) using ScoutBook, the advancement report is available in Internet Advancement. You can also “edit” the report to remove items you don’t want to purchase immediately. A PDF will generate for you. Here’s the How-to:
Unit of Honor Free Rank Advancements Process
Units who earned free rank advancements by successfully completing the 2019 Unit of Honor requirements should use the following steps to receive credit for their purchase:
1) After successfully completing your remote order, email your receipt showing payment to communications@nhscouting.org
2) Units will receive a credit deposited into their Daniel Webster Council Unit Account within 30 days of submitting their proof of purchase.
