For units interested in camping for the weekend, you can start arriving at 5:00 pm or later on November 18th. Upon arrival, units will be given enough space for a unit camping area based on the number of attendees, considering 2-people per tent. Units are responsible for all food needs for the weekend. There are no fires allowed, so camping stoves are necessary for cooking.

During this weekend of camping, Scouts can earn badges of their choosing. Camping is free for units, but badges do have an individual cost. All blue cards will be sent electronically after the completion of the weekend. Units need to register for a campsite. Scouts need to register for their merit badges individually. Scouts can take up to TWO badges on Saturday. Badges will be taught inside classrooms on the property.
