Cyber Chip Workshop for Grades 6 to 8

This unique opportunity is tailored to those scouts in need of earning their Cyber Chip in grades 6-8

What is media, and where does it come from? What is a digital footprint, and how can you control your digital story? These questions will be answered along with many more in Media Power Youth's two-hour workshop about online behavior, safety, and healthy media use.

Students will learn what goes on behind the scenes to make a media message, the importance of thinking before you post something online, and ways to manage their online lives.
