Our Daniel Webster Council team has been working diligently the last two weeks to enhance and streamline our Member Care services to address questions and support to parents and volunteers. We are excited to announce our new Help Center.
Using the Help Center, you can now research your question or issue through an ever-growing amount of support articles. Our team will be expanding our database of support articles each week.
We have also implemented a new online ticket system so you can track your question or issue from start to finish. The ticket system is a new permanent tool that the Daniel Webster Council staff will use to address questions and issues.
